LumenX is a math contest practice platform available at lumenxlearn.com. This policy describes how information is handled when you create an account or use the service.

• Authentication information when you sign in with email/password or Google.
• Learning activity such as problems attempted, scores, Elo rating, XP, streaks, past exam results, and diagnostic placement data.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and usage needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide study features, leaderboards, analytics, and progress tracking.
• Send account-related emails such as signup confirmation and password reset messages.
• Improve reliability, security, and the quality of the platform.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate LumenX. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver the service:

• Supabase for authentication, account storage, and database hosting.
• Google for optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Vercel for website hosting and deployment.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising profiles.

Data retention

We keep account and learning data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for security, legal, or backup purposes.

Your choices

You can:

• Update your username and profile information from your account settings.
• Request account deletion by contacting us.
• Stop using the service at any time.

Children

LumenX is intended for students preparing for math contests. If you are under 13, please use the service only with permission from a parent, guardian, or teacher.
